Thursday – A strip of wildflower meadow mix was sown near to where we planted hundreds of daffodil bulbs last year, today we will be raking up the cut hay and bundling it up. We will be back in October to plant more bulbs.
It’s hard to say how long this job will take, so if we do finish quickly then we will wander round the corner to Leechpool to trim back some pathways.
Meeting point: Manor Fields RH13 6SD (off Harwood Road or Crawley Road). There is a very small car park but otherwise it will be roadside parking. The Roffey 98 Metrobus stop at “Chesterton Court” is very close.
